Yes. CrossFit is designed for all fitness levels. Every workout is professionally coached and scaled to your ability, so whether you’re brand new or experienced, you can participate safely and effectively.

CrossFit combines strength training, cardio, and functional movements into one program. Every class is coach-led, the workouts change daily, and you’re part of a supportive community that keeps you accountable.

Each class is one hour and fully coached. You’ll start with a warm-up, then go through strength or skill work, followed by a workout. Your coach will guide you the entire time and adjust everything to your level.

Not at all. That’s what we’re here for. You don’t need to get in shape before starting—CrossFit is how you get in shape. We’ll meet you where you are and help you progress at your own pace.

Most people see the best results starting with 3–4 days per week. That’s enough to build consistency, see progress, and still allow time for recovery. Our programming is designed for up to 6 days/week for our more advanced athletes.
